    You will not ever 'retire,' Victoria. You will just move into a different stage of your life. You will enjoy 'retirement' (though not retired from life). Trust me.

    Excellent questions! You will know when it is the right time. Lots of people start by cutting back the size of a practice.

    Good questions to contemplate. I think your life would be full if you retire but I love that you do a job you love. Hard decision.
