The bird is the great kiskadee Judy, and it's cry sounds just like its name. It isn't in Florida or North Carolina, so you probably don't know it. It's mostly a south Texas bird.
We don't have this bird either that I know of Victoria. I like how some birds are named for their calls--like the chickadee. This one looks like quite a good sized bird.
